Main Thak Gaya Hoon… Par Main Rukunga Nahi

 


Kabhi-kabhi zindagi ek lambi race jaisi lagti hai. Saans phool jaati hai, kadam bhaari ho jaate hain, aur dil kehta hai — “Bas, ab aur nahi.”

Lekin kahin andar se ek halki si awaaz aati hai — “Thak gaya hoon… par rukunga nahi.”

Yahi awaaz insaan ko aam se khaas banati hai.

Thakan Kamzori Nahi, Insaniyat Hai

Thakna galat nahi hai. Jo log mehnat karte hain, jo zimmedari uthate hain, jo sapne dekhte hain — wahi thakte hain. Thakan is baat ka saboot hai ki aap ne koshish ki hai.

Problem thakne mein nahi hoti, problem ruk jaane mein hoti hai.
Thodi der ke liye baithna theek hai, lekin safar chhod dena — yeh aapke sapno ke saath na-insaafi hai.

Rukne Ka Mann Kyun Karta Hai?

  • Jab result der se milta hai

  • Jab log support nahi karte

  • Jab mehnat ke bawajood tareef nahi milti

  • Jab har din ek nayi challenge lekar aata hai

Aise waqt par insaan apne aap par shaq karne lagta hai. Lekin yaad rakhiye — har successful insaan ne isi phase ko face kiya hai. Farq sirf itna tha ki unhone rukne ke bajaye pace slow kiya, lekin chalna nahi chhoda.

Thakne Par Kya Karein?

  1. Break lijiye, Quit mat kijiye
    Thoda rest lena weakness nahi, strategy hai.

  2. Apne “Why” ko yaad kijiye
    Aapne shuru kyun kiya tha? Paisa? Respect? Family? Self-growth?
    Jab reason strong hota hai, toh insaan wapas khada ho hi jaata hai.

  3. Chhoti Jeeton Ko Celebrate Karein
    Har progress chhoti ho ya badi — progress hi hoti hai.

  4. Comparison Band Karein
    Aapka safar unique hai. Kisi aur ki speed se apni value mat naapna.

Safalta Ek Din Mein Nahi Milti

Safalta unko milti hai jo har din thoda-thoda karke aage badhte rehte hain.
Ek beej ko ped banne mein waqt lagta hai. Agar beej yeh soch kar ruk jaye ki “Mujhe abhi ped kyun nahi bana?” — toh woh kabhi ped nahi banega.

Zindagi bhi wahi principle follow karti hai.
Consistency > Motivation.

Aaj Ka Sankalp

Agar aaj aap thake hue ho, demotivated ho, ya confused ho — toh bas itna yaad rakho:

  • Aap akela nahi ho.

  • Yeh phase permanent nahi hai.

  • Aur sabse zaroori — aap rukne ke liye nahi bane ho.

Thak gaye ho? Theek hai.
Ro liya? Theek hai.
Rest kar liya? Bahut achha.

Ab uth jao…
Kyuki aapka sapna aapka intezaar kar raha hai.

Main thak gaya hoon… par main rukunga nahi.
Aur shayad isi ek line mein aapki jeet chhupi hui hai.
